You
might have a very good idea about how your wedding should run. However,
getting the timing right is often more complicated than you think.
If you are using a wedding
planner or if you have done this before, then we will use your timing.
For most couples, the
only real thing that they have considered when they talk to us,
is the time of the wedding ceremony.

When you book us we will
provide you with a chart and an Excel spreadsheet that will help
you sort out the timing. It allows you to consider all those elements
that make up the day.
This includes a blow
by blow (wrong phrase perhaps) of the event from first thing in
the morning to the last dance. And the detail will help you to remember
all those little things that will make you day memorable, in the
nicest possible way
We generally see you at least three
times before the wedding day
You come to our studio, or we come to see you and your partner/
parents for the first look at the albums
Detail meeting. This time we'll give you the timing sheet and
the copy on disk and we will fill in some of the details. You
then use this as a framework for the day.
We meet at the church and at the venue so that we can discuss
the best locations and shooting potential.
I Like to go to the church or venue at the same time of day as
the wedding. That way the sun will be in the same place and we can
plan the shots with confidence.
Remember, when you leave a deposit with us, you have a 14 day 'cooling
off' period. During that time, we will refund your deposit without
question. Most couple like to get the bulk of the payment out of
the way early and the final payment is due not less than four weeks
prior to the event.
